You get Skill Points every time your Chief levels up. You can get Exp from upgrading buildings, Exp items, etc.
- At Lv.1-9, you get 3 Skill Points when your Chief levels up.
- At Lv.10-19, you get 4 Skill Points when your Chief levels up.
- At Lv.20-29, you get 5 Skill Points when your Chief levels up.
- At Lv.30-39, you get 6 Skill Points when your Chief levels up.
- At Lv.40-49, you get 7 Skill Points when your Chief levels up.
- At Lv.50, you get 10 Skill Points.
As it is a Skill Tree, you need to meet its requirement to learn a Skill. You could skip some early stage Skills to learn an Active Skill as soon as possible.
You can reset your Skill Points at the cost of 1,000 Gems or a Talent Reset item.
